Videopro offers free shipping for majority of items shipped to addresses within mainland Australia only. You will be contacted once your order has been despatched and tracking details can be supplied upon request. Warranty

As we source directly from the manufacturer, all products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is typically 12 months however, please feel free to ask one of our friendly sales staff for more information. For extra peace of mind, Videopro also offer a range of extended warranties on particular products which can lengthen your warranty to 5 years for domestic use or 3 years for commercial use depending on the product range (computers carry a maximum 2 year extended warranty).
